6 JULY 2021, KUALA LUMPUR – Following the success of GuocoLand Malaysia (GLM) BEST2 (Buy with Ease, Save & Treasure) Campaign, with RM450 million sales achieved by end of May 2021, GLM introduces the BEST4U campaign in conjunction with the extension of the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) till 31st December 2021. The newly launched BEST4U campaign aims to help buyers in homeownership with easy payment and attractive packages.
“We understand people’s commitment to properties is a great concern in these challenging times, to help home seekers achieve their dream to own a place to call home, we are doing our part to support the national housing agenda by launching BEST4U campaign,” said GLM Group Managing Director Tan Wee Bee.
“With the increasing working from home culture, which was cultivated at the global scale since the start of the pandemic, we now witness the growing demand to own a suitable home at a much greater need,” added Tan.
BEST4U campaign aims to support Malaysian home seekers to purchase their dream home with ease, which will offer a range of financial assistance solutions that include lower booking fees, promotional rebate, loan interest subsidy scheme and deferred payment plans for selected participating projects under HOC, from 1st July to 31 December 2021.
All GLM buyers can enjoy complimentary legal fees for their sale and purchase agreement and home loan. Further, under HOC, qualified homebuyers are entitled to the stamp duty exemption on the Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) and loan agreement.
