RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To attend to sales inquiries, including call/emails and walk-in customers by providing relevant information about company's product.
  • To achieve and maximise sales for all sales launches of company’s projects and services based on planned sales strategies.
  • Contribute to the marketing & planning of the company’s launches by actively participating in group discussions; provide constructive and creative ideas and continual feedback on current strategies.
  • Organize and participate in weekend duty at Sales Gallery as well as on location of projects, property launches or exhibition (local and overseas)
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct the market survey on competitors and improve market intelligence.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the Leasing Manager in planning and implementing tenancy mix in the retail mall
  • Identify and secure potential tenants and retail concept for the mall.
  • Initiate discussion with potential tenants, negotiate lease and finalize rental
  • Conduct site visit/viewing with potential tenants
  • Liaise closely with inter-departments on matters pertaining to rental, deposit collection, fit-out and operations.
  • Foster good working relationship with existing and potential tenants
  • Respond and follow up on leasing enquiries and complaints
  • Conduct market survey and competitor research as well as customer surveys
  • Any other tasks or duties assigned by superior from time to time
  • Attend to tenancy-related matters including negotiation and issuance of lease documentations such as Letter of Offer for Lease, Tenancy Agreements and other related documents
  • Assist manager in preparing monthly reports on occupancy and commercial lease related matters to management
REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good knowledge in property tenancy framework.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To plan leasing activities and to identify suitable tenants/ concept for the shopping mall.
  • To manage tenant mix, rental and budget according to the company’s direction.
  • To achieve targeted occupancy rate for the shopping mall with optimum tenancy terms and conditions.
  • To maintain good relationship with tenants and retailers
  • To handle tenancy administration and execute all leasing related documentations.
  • To liaise with solicitor to coordinate tenancy documents and agreements.
  • To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Research, contact and negotiate with various vendors needed for the event.
  • Manage all pre-events, during events and post-events operations.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts for large and small scale events.
  • To identify, plan and manage concourse exhibitions, event strategies and other event related activities.
  • To plan for annual marketing events and activities.
  • Establish event budget and manage event costs.
  • To propose and brainstorm creative ideas as to support the team.
  • To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Adobe CC, Design Presentation Skill, MS Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To develop and implement annual advertising and promotions plan to build and strengthen brand awareness and increase sales performance of tenants.
  • To assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns for the mall according to Marketing plan and strategies.
  • Manage, monitor and update all digital marketing communication channels, ensuring accuracy and up to date information.
  • Identify and build business relationships with strategic partners for joint promotions.
  • Manage promotion booths and advertising space by way of planning and securing complementing brands and products in accordance with the business model and corporate branding while generating revenue.
  • To assist in the planning and co-ordination of marketing communication programs and information updates on all publicity collaterals both for print & digital.
  • Maintains a good working relationship with tenants, business partners and the media to ensure smooth execution of advertising and promotions activities.
  • To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Assist in preparation of budgets, final accounts and management report
  • Collation of data for management information
  • Preparation of official receipts, pay-in-slips and cheques
  • Debtors and creditors reconciliation
  • Liaison with debtors and creditors
  • To carry out any other duties as directed by the Management
REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in property development industry
  • Knowledge of IFCA.net  will be an added advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare tender document, conduct tender opening and attend tender negotiation interview
  • Analyse tender pricing, prepare documents ( such as memo, supporting documents) for Management approval
  • Prepare, letter of award and agreement
  • Check, evaluate and prepare payment certificate for progress claim by contractor
  • Liaise closely with Consultants and contractors on related matters
  • Manage the compliance of contract related document (Insurance policies, Performance Bond, etc.)
  • Contract Administration duties such as filing, scanning and documents for approval tracking
REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • Fluent in (both) written and spoken in English.
