KUALA LUMPUR, 11 November 2019 – In conjunction with the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) which has been extended to the end of this year, property developer GuocoLand Malaysia rolled out its latest sales campaign named BEST, to reward buyers with prizes worth a total of RM250,000 and on top of enjoying big saving when they purchase from a selection of the group’s residential properties.
The BEST campaign, which stands for Buy with Ease, Save and Treasure, started from September 2019, is open to all GuocoLand Malaysia purchasers who have successfully booked their respective properties within 1 September to 31 December 2019. For a property to be successfully booked, the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) should be signed with the minimum amount required, in accordance with the SPA and paid within 21 days of their booking. Purchasers who have met this requirement would be able to qualify for the large pool of awesome prizes in the campaign.
Home buyers who are eligible will be able to participate in Mini Draws with a wide array of prizes to be won; the first mini draw was held at Emerald Hills Sales Gallery last Saturday, 9 November and lucky homebuyers walked away with hotel and gift vouchers, Dyson products and GoPro HERO cameras. The second mini draw is scheduled to take place on March 2020, and on top of that, eligible buyers will also be in the running for a Grand draw to win a cruise trip in Alaska worth RM50,000, property rebate voucher worth RM40,000 and a Gold Coast dolphin trip worth RM16,000.
Buyers of GuocoLand Malaysia participating projects will not only be eligible to win amazing prizes in the BEST campaign, but in conjunction with the government’s HOC initiative, buyers also receive large savings on their property purchase with 0% downpayment, free SPA & loan legal fees, stamp duty on loan, stamp duty on title transfer and foreigner state consent fees. The BEST campaign, achieved better than expected sales recorded to date from September to October 2019; as buyers are drawn to the new launches of landed homes in Emerald Rawang, condominiums in Emerald Hills, and residential units in Emerald 9, Cheras; DC Residensi at Damansara City has also registered strong take-up from Hong Kong purchasers.
