We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented Credit Control Executive to:

  • Effectively manage progress billing, reminder letters, termination notices, and other documentations.
  • Ensure the timely closure of monthly accounts receivables.
  • Provide timely group reports for unbilled sales.
  • Vigilantly monitor and follow up on collections, focusing on account receivable aging.
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent and Diploma in Accounting/ Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Inquisitive, organized, meticulous and systematic
  • Previous experience in a similar role (2-3 years) or industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with IFCA or MHW is advantageous
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills and good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates with relevant experience will be considered

In this role, you will get to:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you someone who thrives on taking action and solving problems to enhance the living experience for communities? If so, we’re looking for a proactive Property Executive to join our team. As a Property Executive, your focus will be on assisting the Property Manager in overall building facilities and properties management functions. You’ll play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all in-house and outsourced facilities services, ensuring a seamless operation of various services essential for an excellent living experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing legacy matters of existing and new projects.
  • Coordinate with Project Teams to manage legacy matters, including statutory approvals and documentation.
  • Oversee and manage all in-house and outsourced facility services, including but not limited to security, carpark, cleaning, landscaping, hygiene services, rubbish collection, garbage disposal, sewerage maintenance, M&E services, and elevators, to ensure top-notch service delivery.
  • Liaise with the M&E maintenance team to maintain optimal functionality of building systems.

  • Conduct inspections of vacant units, addressing defects and maintaining high standards.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience in property management, with a specific focus on overseeing and managing facilities services for buildings.
  • Excellent collaboration, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer literacy.
  • Familiarity with relevant Acts such as SMA 2013, SMRs 2015, etc. will be advantageous.
